01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 360ph website, creating a player account, or placing any bet on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the 360ph platform.

These terms form the entire agreement between you and 360ph with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede any prior agreement, representation, or understanding, whether oral or written, relating to your use of the service.

02Eligibility

To register and use 360ph, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of use.
• You must not be subject to any legal restriction that prohibits you from participating in online betting or gaming activities.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or affiliate of 360ph or any related entity.

360ph may request proof of age and identity at any time. If you are unable to provide satisfactory verification, your account may be restricted or closed, and any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation.

03Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on 360ph. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods, is strictly prohibited.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid contact number. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 360ph support immediately. The platform uses OTP two-factor authentication and SSL encryption to protect account access.

• One account per person — no exceptions.
• All registration details must match your government-issued ID.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• Account sharing or transfer to another person is not permitted.

04Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on 360ph are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals through GCash, Maya, and Philippine bank transfer. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods on 360ph.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply and will be communicated within the platform at the time of the transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance promptly after confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawals require completed KYC verification before they can be processed. Once your identity has been confirmed, withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes stated in the platform. 360ph reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing funds if there is reason to believe unusual activity has occurred on the account.

• Deposits must come from payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals are paid only to the same payment method used for the deposit where possible.
• 360ph does not accept third-party deposits or withdrawals.
• Cryptocurrency and credit cards are not supported for any transaction on this platform.

05Betting Rules

All bets placed on 360ph are subject to the specific rules for each sport, event, and game type. These rules are available within the relevant section of the platform — sports betting, live casino, slot games, and eBingo each have their own applicable rules.

A bet is confirmed only when the platform has accepted and recorded it. Bets that have not received confirmation due to technical issues, connectivity problems, or platform errors are not considered valid until confirmed.

360ph reserves the right to void any bet under the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed after the event or round had already concluded.
• The odds displayed were the result of an obvious technical error or pricing mistake.
• There is clear evidence of match-fixing, result manipulation, or fraudulent activity connected to the event.
• The bet was placed in violation of any part of these terms.

In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during a live event. Bets already accepted before a suspension will remain valid unless they fall under the void conditions described above. 360ph decisions on bet settlement are final.

06Promotions and Bonuses

360ph may offer promotions, bonuses, cashback programmes, and other incentives to both new and existing players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the offer on the Promotions page.

General rules that apply to all promotions on 360ph include:

• Promotions are available only to players who meet the stated eligibility criteria.
• Wagering requirements, if applicable, must be met before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Attempting to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and may lead to account suspension.
• 360ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a promotion, the decision of 360ph is final.

360ph does not guarantee any specific bonus percentage, amount, or availability. Promotion details listed on the platform reflect current offers and may change. Always read the individual terms attached to each offer before opting in.

07Responsible Gaming

360ph is committed to providing a safe betting environment. We recognise that for some players, gambling can become a problem, and we take our responsibility in addressing this seriously.

08Account Suspension and Termination

360ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion if there is reasonable belief that:

• The account holder has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• The account is being used by a person under the age of 21.
• There has been fraudulent activity, collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating associated with the account.
• The player has opened more than one account.
• The account has been used to abuse promotions or bonuses in bad faith.
• The player has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

In cases of confirmed fraud or serious breach, 360ph reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation. Where closure is due to a platform decision unrelated to player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned through the player's registered payment method.

You may also close your own account at any time by contacting 360ph support. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

09Intellectual Property

All content on the 360ph platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, and game content — is the property of 360ph or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on 360ph without prior written permission.

Unauthorised use of 360ph intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action where appropriate.

10Limitation of Liability

360ph provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to maintain a reliable service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 360ph shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from technical errors, system outages, or connectivity failures beyond our reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Losses resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• Decisions made based on incorrect information displayed due to a technical fault, where such faults are corrected promptly upon discovery.

11Privacy

360ph collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Information collected during registration and KYC verification is used solely for account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes.

12Changes to These Terms

360ph may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When changes are made, the updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after an update has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
